At NewMaaKirpa Studio and Gift, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As most of our products are customized and made-to-order, we follow a transparent and fair Returns and Refund Policy as outlined below:


1. Customized Product Policy

All customized products (e.g. printed mugs, cushions, photo frames, etc.) are made especially for you. Therefore, returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Minor color or size variations due to screen/display differences

Please review your order carefully before placing it.


2. Returns – Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect customization, we will replace it at no extra cost.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Share clear photos or a full unboxing video showing the issue

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on the situation.


3. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Product not delivered due to courier failure

  • Order cancelled by us due to stock or technical issues

  • Genuine damage/defect cases where replacement is not possible

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.


4. Cancellations

Orders for personalized products can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we begin processing and customization, and cancellations will not be accepted.
